
Studio 9 is our workout studio and there are a wide range of motivational exercise classes designed for everyone, no matter what size or fitness level. All classes are included in our membership options so why not come along and join in the fun.
The minimum age for all our classes is 14 years old except for Body Pump which is 16 years. If you are new to exercise or have any doubts about your suitablity you are advised to consult your GP.
Tickets for all classes will be made available 20 minutes prior to class time on a first come, first served basis.


Participating in any of Studio 9’s sessions may be addictive and will improve your overall health.

A fun, non-impact workout, using the water for resistance to tone and strengthen the muscles Ideal for pregnant women and anyone with weak joints. Suitable for non swimmers |
| Total Body Workout |
An energising exercise to music workout to improve overall fitness with some calorie burning moves followed by a toning session for stomachs, arms, legs and bums |

Bums, Legs and Tums (BLT) |
An easy to follow exercise class that works on key muscles including arms, legs, stomachs and not forgeting your bums. |
| Ab Attack |
A class designed to tone, tighten and shape your stomach muscles. You will focus on a range of abdominal and back exercises so you can develop a firmer body. |
| Zumba! |
"Ditch the workout - Join the party" Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. Transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another and targets every major muscle group in the body |
| Boxercise |
One of the most effective forms of cross-training available. It combines speed, power and endurance in a diverse workout. It also enhances hand-eye coordination, balance and timing. |
| Circuits |
Designed to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as improving cardio fitness. In this class participents make their way around a variety of execise stations at their own pace. |
| Salsacise |
Salsacise combines salsa dance and group exercise to improve your fitness and make you feel great. Whether you are an advanced dancer or a beginner this class is guaranteed fun. A partner is not needed. |
| Pilates |
Deep muscle toning for inch loss, core stability and balance in a relaxed environment. Perfect for all abilities. |
| Yoga |
A combination of stretching and breathing exercises that will help improve flexibility and posture as well as feeling calm and relaxed. |
| Body Balance |
A dynamic stretch class drawing on the principles of Yoga, Tai-Chi, Pilates and Feldenkraise. The class leaves you feeling envigorated, toned relaxed and renewed. |
| Body Pump |
Toning weight training class for the whole body. It also helps you loose weight and ultimatly change your body shape. |
| Body Combat |
An exhilarating workout combining powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self disciplines including Karate, Tai-Chi and Tae Kwon-Do |
| Boot Camp |
An hour class that may include quick pased agility exercises, heart pumping cardio drills, challenging partner relays, sports conditioning circuits, plyometrics, full body resistance training, hill sprints, stair climbs, active group games and creative exercises that will surprise. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. (Must be able to run and have strong overall fitness foundation) Indoors / Outdoors rain or shine! |
